ABOUT ABOUT

Don't miss this opportunity to be informed on the upcoming legislation that will impact your firm's compliance!

Join Rhett Bray, President of BeaconPath, as he educates us on what's currently happening on healthcare in the Senate and House of Representatives.  He will discuss how it will affect your employees and the impact to health premiums as well as the looming Cadillac Tax.  Rhett will also address the Single Payer Bill--Senate Bill 562--and help us to understand what it means to California employers.

You will learn more about how to stay in compliance by distributing the Notice of Exchange for the Marketplace and by providing all the correct notices using the Timeline of Benefit Notices for Group Health Plans guide.
