Onboarding Harmony--Starting on the Right Note!

First days can be tough. You’re meeting all new people, settling into a new environment, and attempting to make great first impressions with your new coworkers and supervisors. How can we, as the administrative leaders for our firms, ensure a new employee starts off on the right foot and has the tools he/she needs to succeed in their job?

The more we encourage, support, and nurture our people, the stronger our whole team will be. Onboarding is not a one-day, one-week or one-month event. It is an ongoing process that starts with the decision to hire an employee and continues until the new hire is a productive member of the team. Although this might sound like a great deal of effort, the rewards can make it worth every minute invested.

Join us for an interactive roundtable led by Marissa Feliciano of IS Architecture.
